Any individual who accesses or uses the Website, whether or not they avail of any courses or services provided on the Website (“SERVICES”), shall be assumed to have reviewed and unconditionally accepted these Terms of Use. These Terms of Use, along with other policies (defined below), establish a binding and enforceable agreement between the User and Skyace Academy. These Terms of Use do not modify any terms or conditions of any other written agreement the User may have with Skyace Academy for other services.

Use of Services/Product
Skyace Academy offers English language, communication skills, and interview skills training programs to cabin crew and ground staff aspirants.
To use or access the services/courses/products provided by Skyace Academy, you may be required to provide certain personal information as part of the registration process.
Some or all courses/services offered by us may require payment. Our refund policy is clearly outlined separately.
We may collect your information when you fill out any forms on the website, register for any course on the website, provide your details during online chat sessions, or share your details with us over the phone or through advertisements, online or offline promotional events, or referrals from other individuals.
We reserve the right to use your information to contact you via call, SMS, or email for promotional and sales purposes.
We retain the right to cease offering services to any user found in breach of the terms or failing to adhere to our privacy and policies.
You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for your Registration Data and User content. You further agree not to host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update, or share any information that:
- Belongs to another person without the proper rights;
- Is harmful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, seditious, libelous, invasive of privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically objectionable, encouraging illegal activities, or otherwise unlawful;

You agree not to engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Services (or the servers and networks connected to the Services) on this Website.
Unless specifically permitted in a separate agreement with Skyace Academy, you agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, or resell the Services for any purpose.
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any breach of your obligations under these Terms of Use and for the consequences, including any loss or damage suffered by Skyace Academy, resulting from such a breach. You also agree to the use of your data by us in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Skyace Academy may share any Content (defined below) generated by the User or their Registration Data with trainers for the purpose of providing training and with authorized sales teams for sending promotional emails/messages.

Attendance
As a student, you agree that you can reschedule a maximum of 5 classes, regardless of the course or duration for which you have enrolled.
You agree to notify us at least 3 hours before the scheduled class time if you need to reschedule. You can provide notice by contacting your course coordinator through call/WhatsApp/SMS/email as provided to you upon enrollment.
As a trainer, you agree that you may take a maximum of 3 leaves per month. You also agree that for any leave you take, you will inform management in writing at least 24 hours in advance.
If you, as a trainer, reschedule more than half of your assigned classes in a day, it will be considered as one day of leave, and you will be paid according to the number of hours you worked.
If you, as a student or trainer, need to take or have taken leaves due to unavoidable circumstances, you will be required to provide proof for reference, examination, and consideration.
Content in the Services
For the purposes of these Terms of Use, the term “CONTENT” encompasses information, data, text, logos, photographs, videos, audio clips, animations, written posts, study materials, articles, comments, software, scripts, graphics, themes, and interactive features that are created, provided, or otherwise made available on or through the Services.
Skyace Academy reserves the right to moderate, publish, republish, and use all User-generated contributions and comments, including but not limited to reviews, profile pictures, comments, likes, favorites, and votes posted on the Website, as deemed appropriate, for its product(s), whether owned or affiliated. Skyace Academy is not obligated to pay royalties to any User for republishing any content across any of its platforms.
If you submit any content to us for publication on the website, Skyace Academy retains the rights to use the content for training or promotional purposes as per separately agreed terms.
Learning resources provided to you as part of training are owned by Skyace Academy or its collaborators. You may not modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on this Content (either in whole or in part) unless you have been specifically granted permission to do so by Skyace Academy or by the owners of that Content, in writing and in a separate agreement.
The contents displayed on the Skyace Academy website interface are owned by Skyace Academy. You agree not to use identical content directly or employ any software/tool to replicate the website on any other domain.
You agree not to use any content for any commercial purpose that may result in any loss to Skyace Academy.
Proprietary Rights
You acknowledge and agree that Skyace Academy (or Skyace Academy’s licensors) holds all legal and proprietary rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including any intellectual property rights associated with the Services, whether registered or not, and wherever they exist worldwide. You further acknowledge that the Services may contain information designated as confidential by Skyace Academy, and you shall not disclose such information without the prior written consent of Skyace Academy.
Unless you have received written permission from Skyace Academy, the Terms of Use do not grant you the right to use any of Skyace Academy’s trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names, or other distinctive brand features.
Unless expressly authorized in writing by Skyace Academy, you agree not to use any trade mark, service mark, trade name, or logo of any company or organization in a manner likely or intended to cause confusion about the owner or authorized user of such marks, names, or logos.
